CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in a 100% charge of the service booked, which will be applied to the card on file.
